The results of the votes for candidates to two casual vacancies in the House of Clergy of General Synod can now be announced.
At the beginning of this year, the Education Department increased its support by introducing three new training courses to help learners understand that suicide is preventable and to equip people with basic skills to help someone who might be experiencing thoughts of suicide.
This coming Sunday, we will celebrate the first anniversary of the Transforming Prayer Community.

A special service to mark the retirement of the Ven David Sharples, Archdeacon of Rochdale, was held in Manchester Cathedral this week. Hundreds of friends, colleagues, and clergy gathered for an opportunity to celebrate David's long and distinguished ministry and to bid him a fond farewell.
