You are invited to join us on our next Focal Leader Focus Day! It will be taking place on Saturday 17th February 2024 at St John's House, 155-163 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0ND.
Whether you are a new focal leader, a focal leader-designate preparing for commissioning or just interested in hearing more about focal ministry, this event is for you.
Programme
In the morning, we will be finding out about the development of focal leadership across Manchester Diocese, hearing from some of our newly commissioned Focal Leaders.
Libby Greenhalgh will then be leading us in guided activity, considering the theme of working well with others both broadly and in our own contexts.
After lunch there will be time to further explore aspects of focal leadership in smaller workshops:
· Working within our communities: mission inside out?
· Working with passionate people across cultural boundaries.
· Joshua people, drawing people into unexpected leadership
There will be an opportunity to visit each workshop, take home resources, meet up with others and worship together.
