Energy footprint tool submissions open

First published on: 14th March 2024

It is that time of year again - time to submit your Energy Footprint Tool (EFT)!  In Manchester Diocese we have built a great reputation for engaging with the EFT, taking our submission rate from 29% in 2021 to 59% last year. This rate of returns positions us as one of the foremost Diocese in the Church of England, and top in the northern province. Congratulations to all for this achievement.

The EFT is an annual return alongside Statistics for Mission and our Financial Returns. Year on year the EFT process is refined to help make it as easy as possible for people to fill it in. This year, there have been a number of changes which should make the EFT submission easier than ever.

To make sure you have all you need to complete your return, we are running a series of online drop in sessions, one per Deanery, to share the new training video and to answer any questions that you might have.

The dates and times for your deanery are included below. Please try to get to your deanery call, as it will be a chance to connect with others locally who might have similar questions to you. These sessions are being hosted by your Deanery Transformation Support Officer and Matthew Barber-Rowell who leads the EFT project in our diocese. Please contact your DTSO to register and to get access to the call.
