At 3pm on Sunday 9th July, this year's Reader licensing service takes place at Manchester Cathedral.
Barbara Adeuja from Harpurhey, Christ Church and Collyhurst, The Saviour will be licensed as Reader.
Those being made Reader Emeritus on the day are:
- Kathryn Disley – Kersal Moor, St Paul
- Wendy Foote – Dearnley, Wardle and Smallbridge
- Christine Hardy – Prestwich, St Margaret
- Tom Hennell – Withington, St Paul
- Ann Tattersall – Chadderton, St Matthew and St Luke
- Susan Winstanley – Blackley, St Peter
